Building Better Software Through Testing Excellence

We've spent years learning that great software isn't just about code—it's about making sure real people can actually use it. That's where we come in.

How We Started

Back in 2019, we kept seeing the same problem everywhere. Companies would build amazing software, but when real users got their hands on it? Confusion. Frustration. Support tickets flooding in.

The gap between what developers thought users needed and what users actually experienced was huge. So we decided to bridge it.

We started small—helping a few local Taiwan companies coordinate their user testing. Word spread. Turns out, having someone who really understands both the technical side and the human side makes all the difference.

Real User Focus

We don't just run tests. We help you understand what your users actually need and how they really interact with your software.

Smooth Coordination

Managing testing across teams, timezones, and departments can be chaos. We make it organized, clear, and actually productive.

Actionable Results

You get more than just bug reports. We deliver insights that help you make better product decisions and improve user experience.

Astrid Lindborg

Senior Testing Coordinator

Astrid has been coordinating user acceptance testing since before it had a fancy name. She started as a developer, got frustrated with how disconnected users were from the development process, and switched to the testing side.

She's worked with over 200 software projects across Taiwan, from small startups to major enterprises. Her specialty is translating between technical teams and actual users—making sure nothing gets lost in the middle.

When she's not organizing test scenarios, you'll find her hiking Taiwan's mountain trails or trying new coffee shops in Taipei. She believes the best insights come from stepping away from the computer and observing how people really behave.

What Drives Us

Every piece of software we help test ends up in real people's hands. They're trying to get work done, solve problems, or just make their day a little easier. We take that responsibility seriously.

Good testing isn't about finding every tiny bug. It's about making sure your software actually works for the people who matter most—your users.
